Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FloorCut ("FloorCut", "we", "us") is a floor-planning and cutting-plan tool operated by Pro-Fit Floor Coverings. By creating an account or using FloorCut you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

FloorCut lets you create floor plans, generate material-optimised cutting plans and export PDFs. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18+ and using FloorCut for a business or trade purpose.

4. Subscription, trial & billing

FloorCut costs £35/month (plus VAT where applicable). New accounts get a 14-day free trial; a payment card is required to start it.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and renews each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription) and will keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no reverse-engineering, no reselling or sharing access beyond your business, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

6. Your content

Plans, measurements and customer details you enter remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and for checking cutting plans before ordering materials or carrying out work.

7. No measurement guarantee

FloorCut is a planning aid. Cutting plans and quantities are estimates based on the information you provide. You must verify all measurements and quantities yourself; we are not liable for over- or under-ordering or for work carried out using the outputs.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from inaccurate inputs. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using FloorCut at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
