Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FloorCut ("FloorCut", "we", "us") is a floor-planning and cutting-plan tool operated by BillyBot Ltd (company no. 16954137), registered office Unit 14 Bartlett Court, Sea King Road, Lynx Trading Estate, Yeovil, BA20 2NZ. By creating an account or using FloorCut you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

FloorCut lets you create floor plans, generate material-optimised cutting plans and export PDFs. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18+ and using FloorCut for a business or trade purpose.

Each user seat is for one named person. Sharing a login between people is not permitted; add a seat for each user instead. A self-serve account may hold up to 5 seats (the account owner plus invited users). For larger teams, multiple stores or API access, contact us for an enterprise agreement.

4. Subscription, trial & billing

FloorCut costs £35 per user seat per month, with unlimited cutting plans. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.

Your subscription starts only when the account owner subscribes after the trial, and renews each month until cancelled. Adding a user adds a seat to the subscription, prorated from the day they join; removing a user removes it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription) and will keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no reverse-engineering, no reselling or sharing access beyond your business, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

6. Your content

Plans, measurements and customer details you enter remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and for checking cutting plans before ordering materials or carrying out work.

7. No measurement guarantee

FloorCut is a planning aid. Cutting plans and quantities are estimates based on the information you provide. You must verify all measurements and quantities yourself; we are not liable for over- or under-ordering or for work carried out using the outputs.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from inaccurate inputs. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using FloorCut at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
